A few things
worth knowing.
Do I have to buy in bulk?
No. The club brings members together to negotiate better prices, but you can shop individually. Any minimum spend or quantity is stated in the vendor’s offer.
Who supplies my food?
The participating vendor supplies your purchase. Check the offer’s location and shopping channel. Pickup and delivery availability depend on that vendor; FoodClub does not promise delivery everywhere.
Are discounts the same everywhere?
No. Discounts vary by vendor, product, location, tier and offer period. Check the current terms in the app before buying. We do not promise a blanket discount across all vendors.
Are FoodCredit Units the same as a FoodCredit loan?
No. Units are FoodClub rewards you can spend or send to another member. Creditze Nigeria Limited is willing to provide FoodCredit loans to qualified FoodClub members. This service is planned and is not yet available in the app. When available, Creditze will assess applications and set the loan terms. Joining FoodClub does not guarantee a loan.
When do referral rewards become available?
Joining rewards follow a qualifying first paid membership. Purchase rewards become available after FoodClub records collection of the vendor fee. Refunds reverse rewards; incoming units cover any resulting negative adjustment.
Can I use FoodClub on my phone?
Yes. FoodClub works in your mobile browser. You can also add the application to your home screen on supported devices.
